Privacy Policy

This is the plain version. OrderDinner is run by OrderDinner LLC. We collect very little, and this page says exactly what and why.
What we collect
Only what you type into the signup form: your email address, and your ZIP code if you entered one. Nothing else. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, or your payment details, and we never see your order — when you tap through to a delivery app, everything after that happens on their site, not ours.
Entering a ZIP code on its own sends us nothing. It is only recorded if you also submit the signup form.
Why we collect it
To tell you when we start curating menus in your city, and to work out which city to open next. That is the whole purpose.
Where it goes
Right now, we are not able to store your email at all — our signup is not switched on yet, so the form will tell you plainly that nothing was saved. We would rather say that than pretend it worked.
When we do switch it on, your email and ZIP will be held in a system we control, used only to tell you when we reach your city, and this page will be updated to name it before that happens.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with the delivery apps or with restaurants. The links on our site take you to DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. Once you land on their site, their privacy policy applies, not ours.
How to see it, change it, or have it deleted
Email privacy@orderdinner.com and ask. We will remove your address from the list. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you for one.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party ad trackers. Your browser stores a random session ID so the site works while you are using it; it is not tied to your identity.
Do Not Track: some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no agreed standard for how sites should answer it. We do not track you across other websites regardless of whether you send that signal.
Children
OrderDinner is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this page changes
We will update the effective date at the top. If we ever change what we collect or who receives it, we will say so here before the change takes effect.
